The owner is very gentle and friendly and kind. Sometimes he takes us to town and airport by his car. There is big supermarket near the hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds.
Too far from Cairns city.

The room had everything that we needed. We had been travelling for five weeks, so to have a washing machine/dryer and pretty comfortable lounges was a plus.
The stove was a bit dated, but it still worked!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. Despite being on a budget, I was able to enjoy comfortable and spacious rooms at a great price. Secondly, the hotel's location was very convenient. It was close to a shopping centre, making it easy to grab any necessities or indulge in a bit of retail therapy. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to detail and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
My experience at this hotel was very positive and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The manager was very helpful. He knew alot about Cairns and drove us around when we were looking for transport to town. He gave us discounts on our tours too which was much appreciated. Apartments had everything we needed in them. They were not fancy but clean and good size It is a little bit out of the centre of town but then it was not noisy, in fact very quiet for most of the time which we liked.

Excellent value for money. Quiet area with plenty of shops just a short walk away. We stayed there to go white water rafting and to the great barrier reef. All companies offer pick up and we were picked up from the resort.
Nothing really, it is a 5 minute drive away from the harbour as stated on the website therefore if you are walking be prepared for a longwalk.
